While our services cover all facets of Estate Surveying and Valuation practice, those that may be of interest include:

Valuation:

1. This includes valuation for all purposes of commercial, industrial and residential properties for example, valuation of land and buildings for sale, purchase or rental and/or insurance purposes.
2. Valuation for all purposes of plant and machinery, motor vehicle, furniture and fittings including preparation of inventories.
3. Rating Valuation for Rating Authorities (Local Government Councils) and collection of Rates on behalf of the authorities. On the other hand, we also represent property owner/occupier for rating objection and to ensure fair assessment.
4. Valuation for compulsory acquisition, damage and injurious affection due to oil spillage, pollution, seismic activities etc.

Management

1. The management of industrial, commercial and residential properties for individuals and corporate bodies. Covering rent collection, negotiation and accounting, maintenance of such properties and advise on portfolio management.
2. Processing of title document to land and buildings etc.
3. Lease management: Representing either the lessee or the lessor in the negotiation of their surrender and/or renewal of their leasehold interests on real properties. And ensure the performance of the covenants by both parties.
4. Facility management: management and maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal performance of the facilities.
5. Agricultural Consultancy and Rural Estate Management.

Agency

• The sale or purchase, letting and leasing of either developed or underdeveloped properties of any kind, and also plant and machinery.

Development

1. We provide guidance and advise through all stages of property development from the conception of investment in real property development, financing, initial building problems, to final leasing negotiations.
2. Carry out feasibility/Viability studies and project management advice.
3. We co-ordinate the surveying and practitioning of land and offer general advise on administration of landed properties for both individuals and groups (families and/or communities)
4. Estate development where we provide expertise on the economics involved in all aspects of estate development including marketing, recommendations, planning, advise and possible financial arrangement for the execution of the project.
5. Identification, verification, coding and preparation of a coded comprehensive master list of the physical assets for proper management, protection and hand-over purposes.

ESTIMATED COST OF OUR SERVICES
Whereas fees for our professional services are regulated by the Federal Government, we are usually prepared to negotiate and agree a mutually accepted lump sum where the job appears substantial.
